In the National Tropical Botanical Garden are Rainbow Eucalyptus trees. These trees constantly shed their outer layer of thin bark, exposing underlying layers of reds, yellows, blues, and grays. They make a great colorful abstract image, especially when printed on metal.
Alan Hart - Photographer: After many years of film photography with a focus on mountaineering in the western U.S., I moved to digital photography in 2007. My photography has since been focused on landscapes, architecture, wildlife, and flora and is now venturing into the abstract. I enjoy black & white photography just as much as color with each having its own strength.
